Rivergums Apartments Tariffs
Tariffs for our Rivergums apartments
Tariffs and seasons:
$280 per night in the low season; add 30% for school holidays; add 60% for peak season.
- Peak season 20th December to 10th January, Easter and Triathlon weekend.
- We may negotiate in the holiday periods for longer stays.
- All bookings minimum 5 nights unless otherwise negotiated.
- Stays under 5 nights, if accepted, will attract a higher nightly tariff.
Vacation Rentals, Longer Holiday Stays and Short Term Rentals:
- Long stay holidays or short term rentals are available.
- Rates can be negotiated according to the number of guests, the services and utilities provided and the length of stay.
- Long holiday stays and short term rentals require no lease or bond.
- Weekly servicing can be waived or included and costs calculated accordingly.
- We are as interested in having the right clientèle for Rivergums as we are in the price.
