Rivergums Apartments
Right on the river, comfortably furnished and well equipped
Access:
Rivergums 4 and 5 are on the top floor so there are stairs. There is no lift but the apartments themselves are all on one level with no further internal stairs.
The Kitchen:
Both kitchens are well equipped with everything you would expect to find at home including a coffee machine. Each apartment opens out from both the master bedroom and the living room to a huge balcony that overlooks the river. The views are present from every aspect of the rooms. The internal colours are restful and the furnishings tasteful.
The Furnishings:
The couches are comfortable and the living spaces pleasantly decorated. The balcony furniture is perfect for relaxing and there is a gas Weber barbecue, ideal for easy holiday catering.
The Bedrooms:
Each apartment has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom. Rivergums 4 has a Queen size bed in the main bedroom and Rivergums 5 has a King size bed.
Each apartment is offered with two bedrooms and each apartment has a Queen size bed in the second bedroom. A one bedroom option may be considered at a negotiated rate and is achieved by simply locking down the rooms not used. A third bedroom may be released in certain circumstances at a negotiated extra nightly charge.
The Bathrooms:
Each apartment has a second bathroom with a separate WC. Each apartment has a walk in shower and a bath.
Linen and towels:
Each apartment will be prepared for you with an ample supply of quality bed linen and towels.
Laundry:
Each apartment has a washer and dryer.
Personal care items:
Each apartment has a hairdryer and will offer basic start-up bathroom necessities.
Self Catering:
You will be welcomed in each apartment with a starter pack including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper, oil and vinegar. Supermarkets and bottle shops for purchasing holiday supplies are within easy reach.
Coffee Machine:
Each apartment has a coffee machine and milk frother. A start-up pack of pods will be provided.
Wifi:
A basic "user pays" Wifi service, adequate for email and web browsing, can be provided via a portable wireless modem. Please advise if the service is required.
Foxtel:
Only Rivergums 4 offers Foxtel at this time.
