Rivergums is a classic Noosaville riverfront property. These two apartments are on the top floor and the view is spectacular. The upper river and mountains are to the west, and the mouth of the river to the east. The outlook is of an ever changing, mesmerisingly beautiful aspect of Noosa's wonderful river. The Noosa River is immediate to the property, and there is a pontoon where you are welcome to tie up a boat for the duration of your holiday. The north facing balconies run the length of the apartments and are perfect for soaking up the winter sun. Breezes from the river make it a cool and pleasant place in the summer. The view of the river is framed by the majestic gum trees that give this iconic Noosa property its name.
Rivergums is within easy reach of Hastings Street and Laguna Bay and the surf beach one way, and Gympie Terrace and the river esplanade with its wonderful walks, restaurants and coffee shops the other way. The location is ideal and the walking is flat and easy. It is also perfect for biking. The Noosa Ferry is another lovely way to get from one end of the river to the other. The ferry stop is just around the corner and the local bus going either way comes past at the end of the street. During peak seasons the bus is free. Rivergums sits at the end of a cul de sac that finishes at the river. There are just five apartments in the building which is set in lovely gardens with lawn area on the riverside leading down to the jetty. There is no pool, but Munna Beach, a sandy beach with still water, and safe for swimming is just over the road. Rivergums is secured from the street and there is undercover parking for one car on site and close to the apartment. There are stairs to get to the top floor but the apartments themselves are all on one level. | ||
